Wake on Lan not working

Hi everyone. 

 

Im having issues with my wake on Lan. 

Iv set it on in the Bios. 

But it still doesnt work. 

I can wake up from Sleep but not Shutdown. 

Im using Team Viewer. 

 

Motherboard is an Asrock x470.

Any help would be appreciated. 

Iv boticed my Lan port lights turn off when .y pc shutdown but are still on when in sleep which i figure has something to do with it. 

If followed all instructions to setup wake on Lan in windows. 

 

Any assiatnce would be appreciated

Does it work if you shutdown from the command line?

shutdown -s

Havent tried. I will give that a try
