Any way to connect an Oculus Quest to a tethering network with an app like PDANET?

I recently discovered that I could connect devices to internet using my mobile data without using my mobile hotspot. I was simply wondering if this is possible with a device such as an Oculus Quest. I understand certain devices aren't compatible due to the limited proxy settings like a Smart TV for example.

someone in an other post said that they sideloaded PDAnet to the oculus using SideQuest, but no matter how much i look i cant seem to find anything.
