Microsoft store games freezing/Crashing

Recently I have been getting a constant issue where all of my Microsoft store games are freezing and crashing. I don't get an error code with the crash or anything. I have previously done many things to fix this problem such as running MEMTEST overnight, replacing my power supply, replacing my graphics card, and running temperature benchmarks. None of the other games I play suffer from this issue, only the ones I have downloaded off of the Microsoft Store.

I have reset windows, taken out my CMOS battery twice, and replaced my GPU and PSU since the problem began. I don't believe this is an issue with my video card or processor. It might be my ram kit but I am not certain. I just ran MEMTEST over night and didn't get any errors.
