Soo I did a stupid thing. I got into Ryzen master and put the ram MHz to 3000 and now my pc won't display anything

Reset the bios, there's a button somewhere on your motherboard.
Or take out the battery for a minute or so.

bottom mid-right ish of your board is a button cell battery. what board do you have ?
