Long term overclock true or myth

Greetings, need your help:

First time overlocker here, very exiting world with my very first K cpu.

Currently i'm at:

*Vcore: 1.27 V @5Ghz

*Vram: 1.45 V

*VCCIO: 1.25 V

*VCCSA: 1.25 V

*Line calibration: 2

I have got some questions regarding long term cpu life:

1- How many years have your cpu worked with a good overclock?

2- Are my voltages dangerous? Currently I'm getting up to 94C° on synthetics but only up to 60C° on games.

3- Should I stay with this overclock or swap profiles while not playing?

Thank you!

Under 1.3 is considered safe.

Well so far the ancient gaming system of my friend with a i7 920 at 4.2ghz for almost a decade is still working so if you keep things within reason it will be fine. 94c is very hot tho

CPU can last a long time, as long as you don't overdo the OC, keep the temps under control.

under 1.35 is relatively save, but running it at 94c is not a good idea for long term, keep it under 90.

swapping profile might be a good idea.

I'm getting 94C° only on synthetics, i have no other workload that produces that kind of heat, not gaming nor compiling.

Is this ok ?

Well you should not get 94c even on synthetic. Get a better cooler or tone down the OC.

For gaming you probably is GPU bounded so it would not get hot.

I changed my thermal paste to Grizzly Kryonaut 1g and now my max is 88C° on Aida64, and is like 80 average.
