sometimes stutter but why ?

zeli_666

CPU: RYZEN 7 2700 @ 3.9ghz
GPU: GTX 1650Super (OC)
RAM: 2x8 3200 cl16 VIPER
mobo: b450 Aorus Elite
SSD-256gb SYSTEM
hdd-1tb, 0,5tb, 250gb GAMES
PSU: coolermaster GX 550W 80+ bronze
monitor : 1) Philips 226VL 60hz

2) AOC 24g1 144hz

in some games like warzone , gta 5 i got no stutter at all

but then are some games like battlefield 5, Forza Horizon 4 and that stutter only 1x or twice per game like 0.1s lag but i can feel it and see it on frametime grap....

then there is red dead redemtion 2 , Kingdome:Deliverence with stutter sometimes more like every 1 min 1x go to 30ms frametime

then there is CSGO with stutter like crazy soo i uninstall that....

when i builded this PC there was no stutter in any game...

every driver is up to date, xmp enabled - dual channel, temps on heavy load CPU=60°c , GPU=64°C there is no problem on that

i tried:
reinstall windows - nothing

disable HPET - nothing

emptystandbylist - nothing

remove all things in pc and build it again - nothing

dont start MSI afterburner + RTSS - nothing

tried other gpu - nothing

underclock cpu/gpu - only fps change but otherwise nothing

I THINK SINCE I UPDATED BIOS AND GOT NEW 144HZ MONITOR IT ALL STARTED...

i please you anything can help :)
there is video with FRAMETIME SPIKES : look at the graph to see stutter

Are your temps okay? Is your RAM in dual channel? Is XMP enabled? Are your drivers fully Up to date?

geometry is hard

What kind of SSD is that? If it is DRAM-less that could be a possible cause.

Or if it's in poor condition or something.

At this point it is most likely that you have a faulty component

Didn't I already answer this and basically point towards the psu? It's a low end unit from many many years ago so it should be replaced with a good quality one. The issues described here have been observed with other gx series psu's.
