Full surround system speakers

I want to do a full in-wall and in-ceiling surround. I haven't decided yet if I want to go with 7.1 or 5.1.4 but the real question here is what do all of you think about these speakers?
Klipsch CDT-5650-C II In-Ceiling Speaker
Klipsch R-5650-S II In-Wall Speaker
The room is 16' x 21' with an 8' ceiling and seating is 8' from the back of the room. I'm trying to keep this within a reasonable budget and already have a sub and amp.
