Is 750 W enough?

Hi guys, please feel free to critique the build I'm about to make in the coming weeks (some parts are on the way-disregard the prices in the list). Also do you think 750 W will be enough for this system (planning to overclock)? Additionally, do you believe an i7 10700k will bottleneck the RTX 3080 at 1440p? Should I have gone with a better cpu—I am only planning to game though. Thank you.
