i asked a question, it has a cpu that it is compatible to, it is maxed out compatibilaty besides the gpu, so im stuck, well thanks for all the help all of you have given

You will get better performance with a platform upgrade,the CPU you have just won't cut it.

You will have a hard time gaming on that A10-5800K.

my dad doent use the pc much anyways, he uses the laptop he has now since like 2 months ago, i just kinda wanted to see how good of a rig it could have been for things he cant do on his patop with a i7- u cpu 8th gen

In that case i would go for the 1660 Super.
