Are there any decent gpus under 200 (cad)

low tier gamer

I don't what sorts of used cards pricing there. But I would go for RX570 or RX580

best bet would be to pull an rx 580 off ebay, where i live they cost 150 us dollars "ish" (used to cost 130 us dollars before covid) 

150 us dollars should be right in the neighborhood of 200 cad

well to be fair, the i5 3470 is the recommended processor for gta 5..

i myself also have a i5 3470 in the very very very back of my room with all the junk that is almost dead to me, but still, its not for say a bad cpu, and it wont bottleneck a rx 580, in "most" games.
