Power outage caused my computer to only go to bios

I had a very short power outage while playing COD and went to bed for the night after it shut off. I then tried it the next day and it won’t get out of bios. It didn’t detect the nvme and now it does after I switched it port. I reset bios. I took out the graphics card and put it back in. It still takes me to bios. I have seen that it could be the power supply but I don’t know how to test that.
