That probably means your browser failed to download the reaction image for some reason, possibly a network hiccup or cache issue. If it's not reproducible then I don't think there's anything we can do about it.

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Go to my usual page for looking at people I follows status updates, scroll down.

 

What happened?

The reaction button didn't have the icon on one of the comments.

 

What did you expect to happen?

The icon to be there
