Kolink chassi flashing red led

My chassi has two leds on the front panel when i first finnished my build there was a blue light flashing on top. Recently the blue light has stooped flahsing instead theres a red light flashing and my preformance has gone down a lot i getting 40 fps in gta 5.

What hardware? What Temps? Post Code? Bios Beep?

Any Help is appricated! Please correct me if I´m wrong!

My hardware

Cpu: R5 3600                                          Temp: 50c idle 65c to 70c gameing 

Gpu: 1650 super                                     Temp: idle 30c gaming 65c

Memory: 16gb of hyperx fury 3200 speed 

1tb segate barracuda 

250gb corsair m.2 ssd 

 

There is no bios beep 

no Post codes either.
