No way, I am a moron I think I know what is the problem.. when I installed the mobo to the case I screwed 6 screws in the standoffs and the mobo have 9 spots and I think the motherboard touches the case in the last 3 spots..

this may sound dumb but my MSI mobo didnt post the first couple time as i had the HDD and DVDRW drive were not plugged into the right spots as it must have mattered as when i changed then around it posted fine

Yup, that helped, the pc Boots now ,working fine the Mobo must Touched the case in some spots and I think i was a short in the gpu part of the mobo that didn’t allowed the gpu to power on properly.
