try and look at the used market to see if you can find a good deal on a ryzen 1600/2600 and 16 gb ram. See if you can get a good deal on a gtx 1070 maybe? other than that it seems like you have a good upgrade path with that build

Not a good deal.

The 3200G has 4 cores and is only $2 more, or a 3100 if you are getting a graphics card.

That drive is overpowered and overpriced for your budget.

Spend less on a case.
