ditch that PSU for a CX430M from Corsair. You can find them for around $30-$50. Take the money you saved and put it into a 750TI

Get this ram:

Patriot Viper Xtreme 8GB - $55 after rebate

Also, get a less powerful power supply.  You can find one that is 430-500W for $30-40 and that will be plenty.  The current PSU you have selected is overkill, and far too expensive.

CX430W PSU - $20 after rebate

Take the money you save from the RAM and PSU and invest in a better GPU.

GTX 660 - $189

It will cost about $30 more than what you see if you go somewhere else but Micro Center for the CPU, but it's well worth it if you live near one.

My suggestion, get a lower wattage power supply like a CX 500 and get a better GPU, or a GTX 750 Ti/GTX 660.

Alright so I'm switching to a smaller wattage PSU

ditch that PSU for a CX430M from Corsair. You can find them for around $30-$50. Take the money you saved and put it into a 750TI

I don't really know about the 750ti since I haven't heard much about it.

Get this ram:

Patriot Viper Xtreme 8GB - $55

Also, get a less powerful power supply.  You can find one that is 430-500W for $30-40 and that will be plenty.  The current PSU you have selected is overkill, and far too expensive.

Take the money you save from the RAM and PSU and invest in a better GPU.

GTX 660 - $189

I'm switching the ram and i'm going to wait on more peoples opinions on cards since I've no clue which to get

It is quite good for the price. Keep in mind that if you don't have a MC near you, pick up the cheapest Intel Core i5 4xxx CPU on the LGA 1150 socket. Where do you live (City, State or just State if uncomfortable giving so much info out).

Another thing to consider, is buy an SSD.  At the very least, get a tiny one(120GB/$70) for your operating system, and frequently played games.  You will notice an incredible difference with an SSD

I will keep that in mind and I also remembered I need peripherals and a monitor *facepalm* so my budget is now around 750$

Check out this mouse, I use it myself and love it.  If you are a palm grip person, this is the one.

Here is my build using everyone's input.  It is $50 above your price range, but will have everything you want.  I am confident you can find a monitor that you will like for $100, so take another $20 off the final price.

Basically, get the best GPU that you can afford.  This will give you the most performance for your dollar.  If you get anything above a GTX760, you will need a stronger PSU.  If you really want to extend the longevity of your system, get a GTX 770($300)

This is a decent website, it is by no means the most comprehensive way of comparing graphics cards, ideally you want to go to a benchmarking website that measures in-game performance.  But this is a good site for measuring statistics side by side
