Is the Acer ED270UP any good?

I've been looking for a new monitor recently and stumbled upon this recently, it seems significantly cheaper than other similar models. does anyone know if its any good? I couldn't find any reviews.

I'm looking for a 120hz+ 1440p monitor with either a VN or IPS panel
