guys i need help.

so i have an r5 3600X on an asus x570-P mobo. yesterday i used ryzen master to lover dram latency to 22 and accidenty hit 'apply and test'

my pc wont post

i use a 750w thermaltake psu and 64 bit w10 with amd stock cooler

i just need to know if my cpu is completely dead or not
