One ram stick not getting detected

I got a new pc few days ago and i wanted to put ram frequency to 3200 but it didnt work and i had to go back to 2133. Then I tried doing 2666 and it worked. After that I tried to use 2933 and the pc wouln't give any signal the fans would start spinning and rbg would turn on. I took out the cmos battery and the pc would start giving me beep codes. So I tried to turn the pc on with one ram stick at the time and one of the sticks worked but when i put the other one it would say no signal again. And now only one of the ram sticks is being detected so I don't know what is the problem so please help.

cpu: ryzen 5 2600

mobo: Asus tuf gaming b450m- plus gaming

gpu: rx 5600xt
