fps drop

my fps have gone down in gta 5 from 60-80 to 40-70 does anyone know how to fix this i already lowered some of my settings but it still lags
i have a gtx 1660 super ventus xs and a ryzen 2600x if that helps

Are your temps ok? Do you have the newest drivers? Is your ram in dual channel?

 

Also please list your full specs, including your PSU
