Vega 64 graphic issues

My vega 64 shows graphics lines when playing csgo, doom and vega, does not happen to the desktop only the game screen its when i move, the screen resolution on both the screen and pc are running correctly at 100hz. I have attached a video below when running furmark or video checking software no glitches ??
