Do 9900K bottleneck

Do 9900K bottleneck 2080Ti at 2k 144hz at ultra settings on modern games if not then if DLSS on, Ray Tracing on, HDR on do it bottleneck

maybe? but even if it does, nothing much you can do about it

 

9900k is still one of the faster gaming chips, no point upgrading it yet

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Bad question. CPU bottleneck doesn't matter outside of extreme cases, and 9900k is still a top tier gaming CPU. Presuming you mean 1440p resolution you'll most likely be GPU limited anyway.
