What is this adaptor?

I was going through a bin, and found this weird adaptor. Its the same width as a memorystick duo, but it it not as long.

No, its not. THe pinnout is diffrent. And its the same width as memory stick duo. (which is thinner than sd)

no, diffrent pinnout than that too (and pro duo is longer [got it stock in my psp testing it])

Yeah, it is. But its Micro to mini (micro is the smaller) Also, mini is not the big of a standard. I didnt even know it was a thing until today.
