Is this a good PC?

My PC of 7yrs is dead (I can't figure out what's wrong with it). So I'm looking at getting a new PC. I was originally thinking about building one but I've never done that so now I'm looking at pre-built.

I use my PC for casual gaming: Sims, Planet Zoo, Overwatch, Witcher, etc.

 

I think I found some good options but I'm not sure. Let me know your thoughts please or if you know of something better that's no more than $1300 USD.
