do you have cgnat? Is your isp blocking the ports? How are you testing it externally?

-> With my public ip is not working
-> With my local ip is wotking

I do not know what is cg nat

So I asume that I did not installed any thing like this

well it would be done by your isp, so you wouldn't have to do nything.

if thats the wan ip you have cgnat, and can't do any port forwarding. Call your isp for a non  cgnated ip or use ipv6

You can use ipv6

you can buy a vps a setup a vpn to that box.

Id just talk to your isp though, thats the easy solution here.

Is ipv6 setup correctly? Do the clients have access to ipv6?

Id really contact your isp its the best option here, next best is to rent a vps as a vpn box(will still your use server, but pass the traffic to a different box)
