STRANGE PC ISSUE PLEASE HELP ME!!

So a few weeks after getting my brand new PC I ran into a BSOD with the error code WHEA_UNCORECCTABLE_ERROR event code 10110. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers to see if that was the issue this proved to be ineffective and I continued to get this BSOD every 2-3 hours. I then updated my BIOS to version 4.40 (asrock z390 pro 4) it was on version 1.40. After updating it my computer worked perfectly for a couple hours and then I ran into the issue I am currently facing and that is extreme GPU spikes in performance that drop my frames from 190 down to 30-40 I have tried everything once again such as updating and reinstalling drivers changing my in game setting etc... I have had no luck and im very confused. I was able to stop the BSOD but now I have to deal with this and I don't know how to I've been very disheartened :(.  (side note: my computer temperatures on all hardware is perfectly fine and all benchmark services say my computer is running optimally)

i9-9900k

water cooled

but yes well it is turbo boosted I tried disabling turbo boost but didnt seem to solve the issue :/.

but its so weird because my computer was working perfectly besides the BSOD I was getting but then after updating my BIOS I get these terrible stutters but it seems to be the only way to fix the blue screen.

Bad ram stick maybe?

I replaced my ram to try and fix my BSOD errors in the first place so I dont think it is.
