Building fresh setup to go from my laptop to actual PC

Budget (including currency): 60000RUB (~800$)

Country: Russia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Programming, gaming, streaming, basic video editing... Basically, for everything 🤔

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I know pcpartpicker prices are very much different from what i could get in mother russia, but i guess this is a OK representation of what i have now:
I already have hard drive, so i can skip that

Text version just in case link is bonked:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Deepcool GAMMAXX 300 55.5 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock B450 Steel Legend ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Patriot Viper Steel 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16 Memory
Storage: Samsung 970 Evo 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB TUF GAMING OC Video Card
Case: Zalman S2 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: be quiet! Pure Power 11 500 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply
Monitor: Asus VA24DQ 23.8" 1920x1080 75 Hz Monitor

I am fine with 60 fps on most games in medium quality, want to stream games like Apex Legends, Divinity Original Sin 2, Witcher 3 in 720p

Is this a good setup? I am not sure of how much is possible with system like that

Could i replace something to get same/better specs for lower price?

hmmmm i know that u can change like ares of the world you can get parts in pcpartpicker, but ima check if you can change to russia, if you want a $800 build, hohoho, i can find soem stuff, theres soem ryzen 5 3600's on ebay for 136.99, so thats a deal already. for the cpu, adn if you would want a good 720p 60 fps, i would recomend 970 tbh, bc it can run 1080 greatly, on low and medium settings. so 720p would be a breeze for it. and i coudl maybe get a 980 ti for that much.

also geting more like used parts in future, because if you get parts barely used, that can sometimes go wrongly

Well, i think ebay is not an option for me, since it will be headache to ship it. I would like to get all parts from local stores, if possible :)

i have found two stores you might like, the only ones i found now

https://www.citilink.ru/

am polish in usa, but can not navigate the russian alphabet

Id use the stock cooler, it will be plenty

I was thinking about that, might be a good idea. I heard that you need cooler for Ryzen 5 3600, but i think 3100 might not produce that much heat compared to 3600?

I am leaning towards AMD,  since they are praised as a great processor for professional work and gaming. Havent heard much about intel side of things, to be honest

lemme just sasy, amd has won for now, 3000 series was competetor, 5000 series blew out intel, so you are right, but i feel like ryzen 5 will sometimes kick in for that extra 2 cores video edit and streaming, will help put less load on cpu, so if you are willing to do it, and btw, do u have type of like ebay or soemthing in russia

As i said before, i am not looking to buying used parts, i know i can find cheaper parts but since i am not experienced in that field i am risking on buying something that might be, well, bad or almost-broken

10100 is bsaicallyy better than the 3100, a bit cheaper, faster in most users, has a igpu if needed, and much more common. I don't see a reason to get the 3100 when the 10100 exisits currently.

go look at revies, but its a better part for that segment, same core and thread count, cheaper normally, much more common, has a igpu if needed.

All ssds should last a long time. id probably get a cheaper nvme drive like a 660p or sn550

stock cooler is really fine for that price, and the cheap aftermarket coolers aren't worth it at that price, so save the money on the cooler here.

yes the stock cooler works fine even for ryzen 7, unless oc(overclock) also like he said, all ssds last long time, if they good companys, because they so easy to produce so no worry

I'd go with something like  this instead. It's a better value. It'll overall preform similarly in cpu-bound tasks but far better in gpu bound tasks such as gaming. Oh, and also Model>Brand.  What that means is don't judge a product by the brand, judge a product... by that product.

It's F@H. I run Ryzen 5 with the crap-tastic Wraith Stealth.

I wouldn't pair a low cost CPU with a mid-high range GPU.

I'd be perfectly fine. A 3300x basically has no advantages over the 3100.

full specs?

Ryzen 5 3600 at stock (no limits on clock though)

Radeon RX570 8GB

GIGABYTE DS3H B450

G.SKILL 3200 MHz RAM (don't know if it's running at it though)

do you need anything else for specs tbh?

fine. The case is a Thermaltake H17 and I have 2 be quiet! fans in there instead of the stock coolers.
