Is this a good PC?

Budget (including currency): Around 20-30k NOK 

Country: Norway

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming on High graphics and power to run 3 monitors all 144hz Will most likly get a 244Hz monitor. 

Other details I have a 1TB SSD (not M.2), and a Seagate 1TB HDD and 2 120mm Fans from Corsair.
Current Setup; RTX 200 Gainward dual, i5 6600k None OC. 2x8GB HyperX Fury DDDr4 2666Mhz Power supply 550W and a Fractal design Meshify C midi tower. And Asus prime H270-PLUS 

 

Wanting to buy; MSI 3080 10GB, i9 10900k, NZXT Kraken X63, G skill Ripjaws 2x8 GB 3600MHz DDR4, Cooler Master Masterbox NR600, And a Pure Power 600W 80+ gold. 

but im thinking of selling my old pc without the hard drives, or should i sell it with hard drives aswell and get some new SSD 2.0 and a new HDD. And how much would i get for my current PC? the CPU is not overlock and the pc is about 2 years old.
