I mean, it should be pretty easily possible, you could just have a plain plastic or metal front panel, and then a capacitive momentary switch somewhere along there should do the trick. It would be inconvenient not having any front I/O but whatever floats your boat.

This with the poles soldered onto a stock power button momentary for MOBO compatibility, I don't see why it shouldn't work as long as you have the correct voltages and current going through the switch into the pins on the MOBO.

ive never used front i/o and i couldnt find anything online so i was seeing if it could be custom made lol and if so who can do it

I mean, you could probably take a regular basic-ass case, remove the front panel, replace it with a piece of metal or acrylic (whatever your tastes are), and then attach the capacitive switch behind the thin front panel, or make a small cover for it, and then solder the wires from the sacrificial power button to the poles on the switch and then it should work.... if you have like 25 bucks and a little bit of skill with soldering and maybe a drill, it shouldn't be too hard.

that however isnt a bad idea lol but getting it to stay in place as in the clips could prove difficult

For the front panel? You could probably use some sort of fastener or Frankenstein a clip together for the panel.
