Best OC Setting For COD Cold War

I'm not too knowledgeable on over clock settings and I am looking for some help.

To Start here are my CPU and Motherboard Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 Core Processor (4.20 Base)

MoBo- MSI B450 Tomahawk

 

I've been using the basic OC option in dragon center but am unaware if there are any better settings you can input manually to get a better clock speed/more efficient CPU.

The CPU is water cooled so I am not to worried about thermals.

use ryzen master.

Ryzen 9 3900X overclocked to 4.3-4.4 GHz
