I haven't found anything like that!
Im searching one for my pc, does anyone have a recomendation?

Either combo card, or just use USB?

You might find some one off blue tooth only thing on like aliexpress or something.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Is there some way to know which type of card would be good, like some special features I should search for?

bluetooth IS backwards compatible, so the later version the card the better.
