Question on battery replacement

I bought an iPhone 11 few months ago. I want to use it for as long as possible. iPhone can easily last 4-5 years. If I get a battery replacement after that 4-5 years will I get the same performance as a new one and be able to continue using it for more years?

Keep in mind Apple only supports the device for 5 years after its initially released. So in 5 years that device will no longer receive updates and as a result go unsupported. Also, newer phones mean more performance, meaning devs can pack in more features in to their apps. That means older devices in generally get slower due to the bloat. To me a goal for an iPhone should just be 5 or so years.
