Alternatively, if you're comfortable with used parts, you could go for a Ryzen 3100 and then look for something like a used RX 470/570, RX 480/580 or GTX 1060.

I would recommend this. For a keyboard, that is mainly personal preference, but if you dont mind clicky mechanical switches, the listed keyboard should be good. If you can, I would definitely recommend getting a Ryzen 5 3400G instead, but I am aware that is outside your budget. to u

Honestly, not really. The 1030 is, at best, as good as the iGPU in the 3200G, so you're sacrificing in other places for no legitimate reason.

The only thing that's better is the CPU, but I wouldn't say it makes a large enough difference to justify all the other weaker parts.
