Do anyone have any experience with NZXT C psu

justinislit

So i was looking around for a mew psu and I was wondering how do they compare to other psu such as corsair rmx or rm series or evga psu. I was looking at the 850 because going with 3080 and 5900 whuch produces lot of power.

Should be a good choice - it's based on the same platform as the Seasonic Focus.

I wouldn't take it over the RMx though, if both were priced similarly.

The rmx is 15 dollars more.

In that case I would still take the rmx, it is an excellent psu and is worth it

Hm. The main difference I'd take note of is noise - the NZXT C looks to be substantially louder than the RMx, and even the RM.

Other than that, the RMx still slightly edges ahead in terms of performance, but I wouldn't really call that an advantage necessarily. They're both very good PSUs.

So, if you feel like the potentially higher noise wouldn't be a problem, and if you feel like the $15 could go towards better storage, better memory, better cooling, etc., go with the NZXT.

Otherwise, I would go with the RMx. Maybe even the RM, if these are your only options.

Here's some detailed reviews on all of these units:
