That looks to be R23 which is ARM native.

The fact that Apple is moving towards their own silicon is pretty cool but for me, I have no use with programs that I'll be running in the future after college.

Ah yes, if you remove the parameters from the URL (?s=20 in this case) it points you to a status update about Cinebench results, albeit as noted performed by an M1 MBP (with fairly impressive results, I must say).
