Budget (including currency): around 3000 USD (give or take)

Country: San d'Oria

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: .. alot at the same time (firefox, chrome, Civ 6, BlueStacks, VLC, Torrent client, MS office. Adobe acrobat prof & Steam)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Current build (from 2012) only upgraded GPU (From GTX 670 to GTX980) and added SSD and HDDs:

Planned build:

Few things to points,
- The build is based on G.Skill royal, so white and gold build so much as possible and as many as possible.
- Must be wall mounted and the best solutions (Other than moding) is Thermaltake Core P5 snow edition
- The GPU is a placeholder, will wait for a white or gold one.

Now my biggest questions is the CPU, either Intel i9 - 10900X or AMD Ryzen™ Threadripper 2950X Processor

Any thoughts/suggestions is appreciated   :)

Nothing you're are doing is warranting HEDT. You'll see better real-world performance from a 10900K or 5950X, from the higher single-core performance.

Very true, but i want more bling  :P

Beside the high pci lanes count when i eventually install lots of HDDs/SSDs

I know this would perform better, but this build is mainly for aesthetic. so 8 G.skill royal would look much better just 4.

If aesthetic is your biggest choice, then pick the motherboard that you find the most attractive.

Personally, stay away from LGA2066, as the CPU's are much farther behind than sTRX40

Main: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti, 16 GB 4400 MHz DDR4 Linux - Fedora
