Budget (including currency): Around 2000$, might be higher if required

Country: Romania (prices are higher here, around 1400-1500$ for this build)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Software Development (Web + Mobile App), some AAA Games.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

No peripherals needed, I don't have any Desktop PC at the moment. I would like to play some AAA games at 4K 60 FPS.

What do you guys think? I orderer some custom cables too (sleeved white & black), I really care for aesthetics. There is no graphics card because I am waiting for the RTX 3080 to be available. Are there any incompabilities that I didn't noticed with this part picker?

Looking fine, but I would go with at least 3600 CL16 memory and maybe get a 980 Pro NVME instead. I would also go with a Liquid Freezer II 280, for better performance, but it has no RGB.

Is there a big difference between 3600 and 3200? If it is, I will upgrade, but I need to mention that the 3200 is on a great deal (1/2 the price of the 3600).

Okay if it's half then just overclock your ram to 3600Mhz (pretty sure your ram can do that) or 3466Mhz and try not loosening your timings but putting RAM voltage 1.35-1.4V. If it doesn't work, loosen it by 1 (CL 16 -> CL17). If you don't want to do this, just get the 3600Mhz ram.

Alright, then it's not worth it. You an always try to overclock to 3600. The biggest difference should be if you're using 4 sticks of single rank or 2 sticks of dual rank memory. Yes I know, it sounds absurd and it is.

I will use 2 sticks with Dual Channel. I will overclock to 3600 then, is there any good tutorial of how to do that? And also, I know this is probably a stupid question, but is there a change of damage if I do that? If only the RAM could be damage, I won't mind, it's an easy fix, but I don't want to damage other components too.

No, the worst that can happen is the pc will switch off. Then you can clear CMOS and it would be fine again.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.
