what mobo exactly? and can you get a 5600 in your area?

Budget (including currency): around 1000usd

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: It's only going to be used for programming and office work 

Other details (Please suggest some good budget wireless mouse and wireless keyboard)

I plan to either get the new Mac mini with M1 chip or build the pc below:

If I get 5600x I think the motherboard might also need to changed so it may exceed the price

tbh if you can get the mac mini for cheaper it may be a better deal but i am quite unfamiliar with their new soc

dont get the b450-f, its the same quality as an $80 motherboard masked with nice looks, you will have to buy a new mobo for any cpu upgrades, your also missing a gpu

 i am not going to be gaming in 4k or something probably i would  only play Minecraft and GTA for 30min

No you can use use the same B450 board for Ryzen 5000. But, you don't have any kind of GPU you will not have a display output.

If it is just going to be used for programming and office work you don't need a 3600XT. You can manage with a 3600. What kind of office work exactly are we talking about ? If it is not too intensive then you can just get a Ryzen 3400G and spend more on a high quality keyboard and mouse which you will be using a lot for your work. That APU can handle GTA 5 and Minecraft on normal-high settings.
