Just put together a new build.

First time i started i got rbg and fans working, but mouse, keyboard and monitor did not work.

Then i restarted and suddenly it all worked and booted into the bios.

I set xmp and adjusted fan setting before exiting

3rd start i pressed F11 to boot from my windows usb and tried to install windows from the UEFI usb option that came up (sandisc 64 gb stick)

This did not work and i got a message informing me that i needed  a boot device.

Puzzled why its not working i restarted, but now the monitor isn't being recognized so i cant even try to set the boot order in the bios.

Any ideas to why the monitor stopped working when it did work a few restarts ago? (i can see that it has power, its just not being detected)

And tips on why it cant boot of the usb is also appreciated as im likely to run into this issue after i get the monitor up and running.

im running a

x570 tomahawk

3900xt

3080 tuf

hyper x ram

Update

I tried to swap between quiet and performance bios on the gpu. This made the computer show the screen that new hardware was detected for a split second. Then its back to the same old were the monitor is black. I guess its trying to boot with nothing to boot from as the USB failed to work. However i can not understand why its not running the screen or allowing me to enter the bios at least, making the problem even harder to solve.

And yes i have tried to swap back to quiet mode again, now both gpu bios settings are pitch black.

Another update:

The Vga light on the mobo is on confirming that is it not detecting the gpu. Still unclear what causes it as it did detect it for a few seconds when i swapped between gpu bioses.

Do you have a storage device plugged in (HDD, SSD)?

Sometimes the windows installer is finicky and doesn't like it if you use too large of a USB stick. If you have a 16GB or 8GB trying pushing the install from that.

I have a m.2 and an ssd. I can try to disconnect the ssd. thx for the tip

I can also add that the monitor works again (atleast for a litte while) after i removed and installed the gpu again.

Update.

I deleted my iso usb file to download the newest windows 10 installer. While this is downloading i came across information regarding not all usb sticks beeng able to be used as boot sticks? I am using a sandisk 64gb ultra, if anyone know if this should work or not please let me know.
