What First PC to build

Budget (including currency): Cheap as you can get it (US dollars)

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Microsoft flight simulator, Minecraft, 1080p video editing, 4K photo editing, Fortnite, Rocket league.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I want monitor mouse keyboard and pc. 1080p 30 for flight sim. 1080p 60 or better for the other titles. I am planning to do custom build it is my first build though.

You think you can get a full setup, with a 1080p monitor, mouse and keyboard, and a pc that can reach 30 fps in flight sim?!??!

 

I could use some help with this!
