Separate 5.1 and 2.0 setup in one receiver with HDMI eARC?

We have a SmartTV with eARC, a 5.1 speaker setup at the TV and an external 2.0 speaker setup. 

Are there receivers with eARC, CEC and two separate speaker connections that can be activated separately?

Needs to be something from a reputable brand. I prefer Dennon but something different would also be cool.

I think you are looking for so-called Multi Zone capability. Denon's receivers can do that.  Just look at the receiver's feature list.
