Prebuilt media PC for 4k home media streaming.

I know, I know its better to build yourself. But this PC will be for my grandpa and he needs good support etc. Therefore I would like to get something form a reputable brand like  Dell, Lenovo or similar.

Needs not much space on the SSD but 256 would be cool.

Needs to be:

Small and silent and needs to have a HDMI 2.0 port.

I was thinking about something with a 3400G or similar.

Thanks for your tips and suggestions!

Has to run windows. The already existing server is Windows and stuff is shared via SMB.

There will be an Android TV for playing back Netflix etc. There I will also install VLC to playback most of the library.

But the guy has some crazy formats to play back etc.. Also he wants to do email, browsing and RDP on the PC. Therefore it needs to be a windows box.

Yeah sure. But do you have any models in mind? I know much about hardware but nothing about prebuilds and their quality.
