Will deleting Raid 0 cause damage?

No. Why should removal of a RAID array, which is a logical combination of multiple drives into a single virtual drive, cause physical damage?

Idk its my first time using raid 0 just wanted to be sure. Physical damage was the wrong word i mean any kind of damage like will it cause one of the drives to fail

No, because essentially you're not doing anything that would be different from a regular read and write operation.
