Unfortunately I can't stretch my budget, I appreciate what you did but I'd rather stay where I'm.

Well u could always use the above build but get a AMD Ryzen 3 3100 for now. That would put u at ur budget.

 

Later down the line u could upgrade to a newer Ryzen 5000 series. Thats a solid upgrade path considering the performance improvements of the 5000 series.
