My understanding is 3070 stock lasted a few hours after launch.  The best bet for getting a card is through system aggregators a few of whom have a few cards left.   I haven’t heard one way or the other about factory hybrid AIO 3070s

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
