What's a good benchmark software for system calibration?

So I'm running a ryzen 5 3600 with stock cooler, and I picked up some cheap case fans (cooler master sickle) that are rather loud. I want a good benchmark software that I can use to calibrate how much my case fans are actually doing. Any suggestions?

SuperPosition and OCCT benchmark at the same time probably.  But that would probably overwhelm the stock cooler, not sure.
