my pc has started to crash on first boot daily game boost and xmp are both causing it (if I turn both them off it stops) the bsod message is always different after each crash after the the daily crash it work fine and there are no problems 

specs:

ryzen 5 3600

msi b450 tomahawk max

g skill trident z rgb 2x8 gb 3600 

gigabyte rtx 2060 mini itx oc

evga b5 650 watt

cooler master ml240 

nzxt h710

Have you updated the BIOS since you got the board? Try updating to the latest version.

1st, Overclock is not stable.

2nd, not recommend run Game Boost with XMP.

3rd, Zen2 overclock is not worth for daily use. You are killing single core boost for all core full load performance. You gain more from good RAM speed and timing.
