Specs of this guy are i7-9700k 4.9 GHz and 32GB DDR4 ram at 3200 MHz and he can't even get above 70 FPS.

Guess Rockstar is bad at Optimization.

I'm going to have to assume this video is fake. No physically showcased hardware, weird results. Lots of simulated performance numbers out there, and a lot of "benchmarks" without proper testing methodology.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Nor the CPU or the GPU were being loaded that much. Does the 3080 not hit almost 2GHz? What is that MEM reporting 810MHz?!

What recording software is he using? That many programs in background while doing a benchmark?!
