This is my current PC https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/wCWcvW , long story short its a Ryzen 5 3600 with a 2070, with a 1440p 144hz GSync monitor as my main monitor

So I was planning to upgrade the GPU, but im not entirely sure if the Ryzen 5 3600 would bottleneck the 3070 at 1440p or not, and if it does maybe I will have to upgrade CPU/Mobo along with GPU as well, but in that case should I just go to the 3080 or is it way overkill for 1440p?
