Cpu upgrade

For about 220 usd i can get r7 2700x.for 260 i can get r5 3600/3600x and or i5 9500f.Which one should i get for gaming,future proof for atleast 2 - 3 years (gaming with discord in the background,maybe some light streaming or video editing ).Want atleast around 40-60 fps on settings mostly high some can be turned of like anti-aliasing.

3600, but only 40 more, the 5600x is much better
